project in Albania. This included development of a strategic
planning process and creation of municipal economic development
commissions. Implemented training and technical assistance

a Local Economic Development program for municipalities
in the Kharkiv Oblast of Ukraine, together with a sector
analysis of key industrial sectors for use in development
of a regional economic development strategy. LED programs
were established in multiple localities that included
strategic planning and business outreach services, and
a regional municipal economic development association
was launched. |

professional consulting services to City of York (PA)
Department of Economic and Community Development. Services
included providing technical assistance on housing and
community development policy, economic development initiatives
including business development strategies, and assistance
in the implementation of the City’s Community Development
Block Grant program |

a regional program for the Albanian American Trade and
Development Association in the Balkan Region that includes
a coordinated approach to local economic development along
the Transportation Corridor Eight between Bulgaria, Macedonia
and Albania. Project includes regional meetings, activities,
and conferences; local economic development training for
municipal and private sector leaders from communities
along the corridor, public-private sector network building;
and advocacy training and program implementation. |

economic and trade development of Albania, the Albanian

of an affiliate NGO in Albania dedicated to similar developmental
