USPS
Training Courses
In January
2007, ME&A renewed its training contract with USPS, which
the company has administered for eight consecutive years.
Under this contract, ME&A provides to USPS three three-day
management training courses for mid-level managers, which
focus on communication, negotiating skills and conflict
resolution. The objective of each course is to enable
front-line supervisors to manage more effectively within the
context of USPS's labor-management framework. To date, 100
courses involving about 600 managers have been delivered.
Ratings by participants on the overall quality of the two
courses have exceeded 90%.
ME&A has
used its Instructional Design for Effective and Achievement
Learning (IDEAL) methodology in the designing of these
courses, which are delivered at the USPS Training Center in
Potomac, MD.
ME&A
continues to offer its Communications Laboratory courses at
USPS Regional Centers throughout the U.S. These are two-day
courses designed for USPS managers and supervisors. For
more information on these and other courses offered by our
company, contact our Project Manager, Mirela McDonald.
