ME&A is a member of the Booz Allen Team, which was awarded the Global Business Trade and Investment II (GBTI II) IQC in March, 2007

The objective of GBTI II is to devise and implement robust strategies in order to address development issues in economic growth, agriculture and trade, and reduce poverty in the developing world.  The primary objectives of this IQC are to raise incomes, end hunger, protect the environment, and equip institutions and people with the knowledge and skills to build equitable and sustainable economies and societies., graduate transitional countries from aid to trade, promote open and competitive markets, develop the private sector, and expand and mobilize private financing sources to supplement and eventually replace development assistance.
