ME&A is a member of the Casals & Associates Team, which was awarded the Encouraging Global Anticorruption and Good Governance Efforts (ENGAGE) Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) in March, 2008.

 
The ENGAGE IQC is a five-year, multi-award contract with a potential value of $750 million, whose goal is to provide USAID and its partner countries with a broad range of technical assistance and other resources necessary to develop and implement appropriate and meaningful strategies to fight corruption in economic, political and social service sectors.
