 ME&A is a member of the Booz Allen Team, which was awarded the SEGIR Commercial Legal and Institutional Reform – CLIR. 

The objective of CLIR is to provide assistance to developing countries and regions in their efforts to carry out successful commercial and legal reforms, which will help the establishment of legal and institutional frameworks.  To achieve this, CLIR collaborates with key government and non-government organizations, private sector, and local experts.  The project offers its technical assistance in the following areas:
